Writer
This is a full-time position 8 hours per day 5 days per week. You’ll work from your home.
Most important qualification: Excellent English skills both speaking and writing.
IN YOUR EMAIL rate your English skills from 1 to 10 (1 being very poor to 10 being very fluent).
I don’t care what hours you work just that we establish a baseline for what can be accomplished in
your 8 hours which will improve as I get you trained on my specific processes.
Full video and written training provided on the tasks you’ll be doing for me.
You don’t need any knowledge about seo or google maps (if you have it that’s a bonus).
Training will be provided for you. I want you to stick with the strategies I provide for you to do.
In fact, I encourage you to run ideas by me and then I can see whether to implement them.
Some ideas are good but many practices are bad seo which is why we discuss them before you do them.
I won’t bore you with specifics but to keep things efficient will give you the knowledge you need to do your job efficiently and effectively.
I’m not naïve here either. If you get stuck on something there’s no need to be embarrassed. We’ll discuss it on skype to get a resolution.
Paid weekly for the first 4 weeks then monthly after that.
I use paypal.
I know about the 13th month bonus and plan to pay it.
I plan to have you spending 75% of your time doing scheduled recurring tasks.
The other 25% of your time will be “flex time” which means I’ll give you priority tasks that come up which need doing today.
Job Duties (some others may come up)
- Writing (100 word blurbs to full 400 – 500 word articles)
- Link Building
- Social Media – Mainly Twitter and Facebook (some MySpace)
- Using software tools
- Local Maps Building
- Installing WordPress and basic website changes
- Research – building spreadsheets
You Need not apply if:
- You’re a multi-tasker (link building and writing require focus)
- You’re a whiner or complainer (I’m only interested in results-getters not talkers, or people who give up easily.)
- You’re a time card puncher. (There’s no time clock. You make your own hours and are responsible for your own results)
